Nick Jonas drops new single and love song for wife Priyanka Chopra This Is Heaven from upcoming album Spaceman

And on Thursday, Nick Jonas released his second single from the collection.
He had debuted This Is Heaven during his Saturday Night live hosting gig this past weekend, and it’s the follow-up to the album’s title track that was released as a single last month.

Nick, 28, has said that most of the songs on the album are love letters to his actress wife Priyanka Chopra.
‘When I can’t articulate the way I feel with my words with no music, I go to the studio,’ he told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe in February.
‘And I’m grateful to have that because it makes her happy, and that’s most important.’
Nick and Priyanka married in lavish ceremonies in India in December 2018.

The Jonas Brothers star explained to Lowe that the Spaceman album reflects themes of isolation and the desire to be with loved ones during the COVID-19 pandemic.
He said: ‘Spaceman came into my mind because I was thinking, ‘What’s the one thing that all of us have felt during this time?’ It’s just completely disconnected from the world.’
Nick added: ‘We’ve gotten so accustomed to looking at a screen instead of human interaction, and I think the thing that keeps us all encouraged and hopeful is just the idea of knowing that there will be a tomorrow when this isn’t our reality, and I think the body of work as a whole tracks that.’
The 11-song album is his first solo album in nearly seven years.
Most recently he reunited with brothers Joe and Kevin for the hugely successful Happiness Begins reunion album and tour in 2019.
