Sam, who is now enrolled in the Australian Army, became public enemy number one in 2019 when he appeared on season six of Married At First Sight.

He body-shamed his wife Elizabeth Sobinoff on their wedding day – although he later accused her of doing the same thing to him – and cheated on her with another bride, Ines Basic.

The former tradesman faced a second wave of backlash recently when his season of MAFS aired in Great Britain on the E4 channel.
