Ellen Pompeo recently revealed that the future of her long-running medical drama Grey’s Anatomy is uncertain.

And the Golden Globe nominee is enjoying some quality family time while on a possibly permanent break from the ABC series.

She cut a cozy cool look in an oversized leopard print cardigan Tuesday, as she stepped out with her son Eli Christopher to hit up the playground at Griffith Park in Los Angeles.

The 51-year-old layered the knee-length number over a white t-shirt, tucked into a pair of black track pants with white piping down the sides.

She finished the look a black face mask, a matching driver cap and white sneakers, while toting a black leather crossbody handbag. 

Pompeo was spotted taking a trip down the slide, as she played with Eli, four, whom she shares with husband Chris Ivery, 54.

She married the music producer in November of 2007, and they also share daughters Stella Luna, 11, and Sienna May, six.

The mother-of-three recently addressed the future of Grey’s Anatomy, telling CBS Sunday Morning: ‘I can’t say. Can’t say. We honestly have not decided. We’re really trying to figure it out right now.’

She said that they’re in the middle of deciding if it will end with the current season, adding: ‘It’s, what story do we tell? To end a show this iconic, you know, how do we do it?

‘I just want to make sure we do this character and this show and the fans – I want to make sure we do it right.’

The Old School actress posted to Instagram ahead of this weekend’s Golden Globe Awards: ‘I would kindly ask, all my white colleagues in this industry, an industry that we love and has granted us enormous privilege…. to pull up, show up and get this issue resolved.

‘Let’s show our Black colleagues that we care and are willing to do the work to right the wrongs we have created. Now is not a time to be silent. We have a real action item here let’s get it done.’
