Kevin Dillon out to dinner in LA with his girlfriend Amy May

Kevin Dillon and his girlfriend Amy May were snapped Monday in West Hollywood grabbing a coffee.

The actor, 55, donned an ash grey hoodie with blue jeans and black shoes as he held a coffee in his hand. Dillon, best known for playing Johnny ‘Drama’ Chase on Entourage, wore a black and white mesh cap that read Victory The Podcast in the front.

May, a singer and musician, donned a colorful print dress as she held a small dog with a pink leash.

She had her black locks down and parted with earrings and black heeled boots.

Neither appeared to have masks in tow on the outdoor outing in Southern California. 

May last November took to Instagram with a selfie of herself and Dillon on a Hawaiian getaway.

The Golden Globe-nominated actor has been embroiled in a legal struggle with ex-wife Jane Stuart, who took him back to court last October, nearly a year after they finalized their split in November of 2019. 

She wrote, ‘Mahalo to the beautiful @kahala_resort for all the magical Aloha, tagging Dillon into the post.

Stuart filed papers in New York Supreme Court addressing child support, school bills and a $250,000 the actor investment the couple shared, OK reported.

The due exchanged vows in 2006 following a decade of marriage, but the actor told the court that the union had been done as of October of 2008. Stuart said the marriage was intact despite that she had moved out, as they would meet for dinner and events regularly.
