‘My pregnancy was 100% planned,’ she continued, ‘and I tried very hard for this bb. But I would be just as happy even if it were another way.’
The Grammy nominee is currently expecting her first child with boyfriend Alev Ayden, a screenwriter.

In the February 18 post, the About Face founder wrote that she’s ‘been thinking lots about my body. It’s strange to watch yourself change so quickly.
‘I thought pregnancy would give me very strong, binary feelings about “womanhood” but truly it has leveled my perception of gender entirely,’ Halsey continued.
‘My sensitivity to my body has made me hyper hyper aware of my humanness and that’s all. Doing a remarkable thing. And it’s grand. I hope the feeling lasts.’

In one of the snaps, the beauty added a rainbow crochet bra to signify this is her ‘rainbow baby’ after a miscarriage years ago.
A ‘rainbow baby’ is a name for a healthy baby born after losing a baby due to miscarriage, infant loss, stillbirth, or neonatal death. The word rainbow is chosen because rainbows appear after a storm.
