Rochelle Humes poses in a sports bra while shedding light on her gruelling workout regime

She welcomed her third child, Blake, with husband Marvin Humes in November.

And Rochelle Humes proved she is working hard on both motherhood and her physique as she posed for a post-workout selfie at her home gym on Saturday.

The presenter, 31, who is also mother to daughters Alaia, seven, and Valentina, three, worked up a sweat before showcasing her incredible post-partum figure on her Instagram Story – just four months after giving birth.

However, despite her impressive efforts, the singer looked like she had hardly broken a sweat in a stunning post-workout snap.

Rochelle went make-up free for the selfie, flaunting her natural beauty, as she posed in just a sports bra and exercise pants. 

Her enviably toned abs were on display in the snap with the mother-of-three pulling a bemused face for the camera.

She put herself through her paces doing 30mins on a Peloton exercise bike and snapped a picture of her watch showing her time and calories burned. 

After the intense workout, she had burned over 200 calories, captioning the image: ‘Beyoncé got me through’.

Rochelle completed her exercise routine from the comfort of her own fully-equipped private gym, at her £3.3million north London mansion. 

The ex-Saturdays singer bought the nine-bedroom neo-Georgian pad with her former JLS star husband, Marvin, 35, in the summer after relocating from Essex to the capital for work purposes.

The property boasts seven bathrooms, four reception rooms, his and hers’ dressing rooms, an internal lift and a 161ft garden.

Rochelle has been sharing a slew of snaps of her new abode over the past few months after moving in – and has even given the property its own dedicated Instagram account.

The couple live in the sprawling pad with their three kids. 

And earlier this month, the mother-of-three proudly showed off her new baby boy in a striking photoshoot for her new maternity collection for her brand My Little Coco.

Rochelle flaunted her long legs as she donned a simple ribbed brown polo neck for the shoot, with Blake sporting matching trousers.

She wore her hair in soft tumbled curls and looked positively glowing as she looked down lovingly at her son who was cradled in her arms.

Rochelle created My Little Coco’s ‘Baby Mama’ collection during her pregnancy and came up with the idea of a bump mask to moisturise the skin and help reduce the appearance of stretch marks.  

The bump mask has proved a hit among expectant women, with one selling every minute after the collection launched on Wednesday. 

During an Instagram Q&A, Rochelle told fans that she and Marvin have no current plans for anymore children following Blake’s birth.

She said she ‘doesn’t want to say never’ as she ‘loves their little bubble so much’, but as of now, they’re done with adding to their family.

Asked whether Blake will be their last child, she said: ‘I think so that’s the plan, I feel very lucky and very blessed to have three healthy children, and yeah I think he will be.

‘I like to never want to say never because I love this little bubble so much.’
