James told Oprah: ‘When I met my wife I was 280lb (20st). When I started this on WW I was 236lb and now I am 220lb. I would like to experience a day under 200lb. I am really going to try to keep going on this.’

To achieve this goal James said he needs to ‘change his relationship’ with food, saying he sometimes struggles when his children want things which he can’t eat.
