The announcement comes one year after Jack released his powerful song I Am King I Am Queen, which inspires fans to be who they want to be.

Jack won Australia’s Got Talent back in 2011, before disappearing from the public eye for several years, only to re-emerge on The Voice in May 2019.

When he won AGT aged 14, Jack was given $250,000 in prize money and a contract with Sony Music. He went on to release two albums with the music giant.

Speaking of his decision to audition for The Voice after years away from the industry, Jack said he had ‘fallen back in love with music’.

‘It’s been a long time coming for me to fall back in love with music, and I needed this time to grow as a person, and to actually find my identity, and discover who I am as a person,’ he told 9Honey at the time.

‘I needed this time to step away, because I didn’t really have that. I dived right into [my career] and hit the ground running. I was doing that for a few years.

He added: ‘So I needed some time to do some normal things, live some normal life as a teenager, and grow up and come into adulthood, and work out what I want.’
