They snagged a massive $25.8million mansion in the chic Beverly Park community of Los Angeles last fall.

And now Justin and Hailey Bieber have made their real estate portfolio a big lighter, offloading the Beverly Hills starter home they purchased as a couple in 2019.

It seemed the Yummy singer was eager to get rid of the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom abode, which he sold for $7,955,000 – over half-a-million less than he purchased the property for, according to insiders who spoke to TMZ.

According to sources Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles stars Josh and Matt Altman and Ariana Grande’s real estate agent/fiancé Dalton Gomez of the Aaron Kirman Group team at Compass assisted with the sale.

And it seems like the sale was a long time coming.

Back in October 2020, Justin already seemed to have tired of the home and posted photos on Instagram offering to take bids directly on the social media platform.

He even offered to sell it as is with all the furniture if he got an acceptable buyer.

The 1930s Monterey Colonial-style home spans over 6100 square feet and features a library and home theater.

The property is relatively secluded, neighbored by just five other estates.

Though quite the palatial space, the Bieber’s new home makes their starter mansion look modest.

The home is located in Beverly Park, an exclusive gated community in the mountains above Beverly Hills. At 11k square feet it is almost twice the size of their previous digs.

The mansion features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and sits on a 2.5 acre estate.

The grounds include a pool with infinity edges, enough lawn for a soccer field and a tennis court.
