Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jackie Goldschneider reveals she’s writing a book

Just before Real Housewives of New Jersey returned with its Season 11 premiere on Wednesday night, Jackie Goldschneider revealed she’s writing a book. 

Goldschneider, 44, revealed the news in an interview with Page Six on Tuesday, adding she started work on the book after Season 11 wrapped filming.

She also made it clear that the book will be written solely by her, without the help of a ghostwriter or anyone else.   

‘I’m super excited about that and I’m actually writing it myself, like, not a ghostwriter,’ Goldschneider confirmed.

‘What people don’t realize about me is that I love being funny and I love being a witty kind of funny, and a lot of my writing is in that vein of the witty, funny kind of writing,’ she added.

She continued that she’s ‘very busy’ especially with RHONJ returning for another season, along with taking care of her kids.

‘I do have a lot of other projects going on, but no, nothing I could say yet,’ Goldschneider added.

Though, when asked if she would ever consider starting her own podcast, like co-star Margaret Josephs, Goldschneider said she’s not interested in that.

‘I don’t think I would do it because I love a great podcast and I feel like the market is so saturated,’ she said.

‘I would hate to be a mediocre podcast and I feel like everyone’s fighting for the same content and the same guests,’ Goldschneider added.

She continued that she doesn’t want to do anything, ‘that I’m not going to be fabulous at. So I think there’s so many podcasts out there already that I wouldn’t.’

Goldschneider added she would be up for being, ‘a guest panelist on a show or anything like that.’

‘I think I’m really well-spoken and very witty and funny so I definitely would love to land there. One day,’ she added.

The reality star admitted she’s never been on TikTok, adding, ‘I feel like such an old lady saying that.’
