Former Bachelor in Paradise star Jessica Brody reveals she regrets her ‘stupid’ tattoos

Her heavily tattooed physique has made her a standout in The Bachelor franchise.

But on Thursday, Jessica Brody revealed she regretted getting some of her ‘stupid’ tattoos after being criticised about her appearance.

In a post to Instagram, the 32-year-old insisted she was aware the striking artwork on her arms, rib cage, neck, hips and thigh were ‘ugly’ and ‘bad’.

‘The funniest thing in the world to me is when people are like “You’re so f***ing stupid for getting those tattoos… Like, those tattoos are so ugly. Those tattoos are so bad”. And I’m like, “Dude, I know”,’ she divulged to her followers in a series of clips. 

‘I look at them every day. Like, I am aware they’re stupid. I got them 15 years ago and I can’t do anything about it – sorry.’ 

The former Bachelor In Paradise star went onto detail the one tattoo she faced the most criticism about.

‘People are like “Wah, what kind of idiot gets Thug Life tattooed on them?”, and I’m like, “First of all, it says Thug Wife”, which is probably worse – never been married,’ she said.

‘And second of all, this idiot. This one. When I was 19 – okay?’

Jessica’s rant about her body art follows her revealing what she truly thought about speaking with Matt Agnew, 32, on the seventh season of The Bachelor for the first time.

‘I was super excited Matt was my Bachelor because he’s an astrophysicist and that’s my thing. That’s the thing I love,’ she told her Instagram followers via her Stories on Tuesday. 

‘But, yeah, no, not compatible at all. We had one conversation and I found him very condescending… and I’m [Matt’s ex-girlfriend] Chelsie [McLeod’s] friend, so no.’ 

The mismatch was despite Jessica being ‘super interested’ in physics and ‘how everything works’, and Matt being an astrophysicist. 

‘I am enthralled with space so astrophysics is definitely my area,’ Jessica, who also appeared on Bachelor In Paradise, told her followers in a separate post.
