To juice the lemon, Mon Mack said you first ‘massage the lemon’ with warmed-up hands until it’s ‘super squishy’.

Putting pressure on a lemon before you juice breaks down some of the citrus membranes and makes the outside a little more pliable for squeezing.

Following this, the foodie revealed you need to stab the base of the lemon with a chopstick.

‘Scrape the inside of the lemon with the chopstick to break up the cells,’ Mon Mack said.

Once you’ve done this, squeeze the hole directly into an empty cup.

As soon as you think you have got as much lemon juice as you can from the fruit, cut it in half and double check you’ve got every bit of lemon juice that is inside.

‘Lemons are so expensive in the shops. This trick is so handy!’ Mon Mack concluded.

Once the lemon is warmed up by a quick massage and when you've put a quick hole in it, Mon Mack said you should squish it before cutting it in half to check you've got all the juice out

More than 50,000 people who saw the simple trick were impressed and said she had ‘blown their mind’.

‘My mouth watered watching this. I always have lemons at home and now I’m going to try this,’ one person posted.

Another shared their own extra tip for the trick, saying if you microwave the lemon for between 10 and 20 seconds before juicing, it will yield even more juice.

‘Why does this make me feel like I’m eating lemon,’ another added.

This isn’t the first trick from Mon Mack to wow online.

Previously, she revealed how she makes sure she has the perfect amount of baking paper in her cake tin every time.

Mon Mack explained how she cuts a circle of baking paper to fit the bottom of her tin by following a simple ‘life hack’, and you can do it too.

Demonstrating how she does it in a short video, Mon said she first cuts a piece of baking paper, which she then folds it into a square, and then a triangle.

Following this, she folds the triangle again to turn it into a point shape, and then she puts the tip directly in the centre of a circular cake tin to measure it.

Then, all you need to do is cut away the excess baking paper from around the outside and expand what is left.

You should be left with the perfect circle inside your cake tin.
