In I Care A Lot, Gonazalez stars with Rosamund Pike, Dianne Weist, Chris Messina and Peter Dinklage.
The film, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year, centers on Pike’s character Marla Grayson who makes her living serving as a court-appointed legal guardian for the vulnerable elderly.
Whilst maintaining that she simply ‘cares a lot’ for her clients, she, in fact, milks them for all they’re worth while outwardly appearing to serve their interests.
Her scheming, however, begins to fall apart when she takes on Weist’s character Jennifer as a client.

It had originally been slated as a summer blockbuster but it’s opening was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
