Selma Blair does stretches while grabbing a coffee with her boyfriend Ron Carlson 

She announced late last year that her multiple sclerosis is ‘in remission’.

And Selma Blair opted for a laid back look as she stepped out to a grab a coffee with her boyfriend Ron Carlson in Los Angeles on Monday.

The actress, 48, appeared to work on her fitness during the outing as she was seen performing a series of stretches on the pavement.

The Cruel Intentions star donned a blue hoodie and white trousers for the outing along with a matching pair of trainers.

Styling her brunette locks into a cropped ‘do, Selma completed her look with a pair of sunglasses.

The actress was accompanied on the outing by her boyfriend Ron who sported a green hoodie with blue jeans. 

Selma and filmmaker Ron began dating after her split with her British boyfriend David Lyons.

‘People come into our lives. And sometimes they go. Or you go. And you go on. And you try to put the pieces together in your mind to make sense of it,’ she wrote on Instagram around the time she began seeing her current flame.

She continued: ‘And sometimes, when you are ready, you may find that person again. Unexpectedly, loving them in ways you couldn’t before. I have had really good people in my life.’

In October, the Brown’s Requiem star announced that her multiple sclerosis is ‘in remission’ and she is ‘improving’ under one of her recent Instagram posts.

She first announced her MS diagnosis in 2018, and has documented her battle with the unpredictable disease, which creates difficulties with speaking and moving.

The performer shares her nine-year-old son, Arthur Saint Bleick, with her fashion designer ex Jason Bleick, whom she broke up with in 2012.
