She’s been one of Australia’s most loved media personalities for over three decades.

And despite her many years in the spotlight, Angela Bishop, 53, looks like she has barely aged a day.

Uploading a throwback photo from the ’90s to her Instagram on Tuesday, Angela looks virtually the same as she does today.

She cheekily captioned the photo: ‘Here’s a recent photo of me and my next interviewee: the one and only @alicecooper.’

In the past, Angela has revealed she’s conscious about what she puts in her body which could be the secret to her youthful visage.

Speaking on Studio 10, Angela said: ‘I gave up my sugar-free energy drink addiction.’

She added: ‘I was drinking between 2-3 cans a day and changing absolutely nothing else about my diet, I’ve lost two kilos in three and a half weeks’. 

Angela went on to admit she’d had a terrible time giving up the daily habit.

‘The withdrawal from the drinks was very painful,’ she recalled.

‘I had very very bad headaches and didn’t feel good at all.’

But the mother-of-one went on to share that now she has kicked the habit, she feels ‘great’.
