The Block stars Will Bethune and Karlie Cicero won the home renovation series back in 2016.

And the property flippers are smiling again after selling their first fully-renovated home in Brisbane, Queensland.

According to realestate.com.au, the pair sold the property for an undisclosed amount after first listing it in December.

Going, going, gone! The Block stars Will Bethune and Karlie Cicero have sold their first fully-renovated home after winning the series back in 2016, according to realestate.com.au (pictured together on The Block)

They now plan on finding another property to flip following the birth of their daughter Indigo.

‘We are hoping to find a new renovation project also which makes 2021 kind of exciting for us. Time to dust off the old work boots,’ they wrote on Instagram.

The couple purchased the property for $350,000 about five years ago from Will’s parents. They paid just $75,000 for the block in 1987.

According to the report, the land alone was valued at $340,000 two-years-ago.

The newly renovated home has four bedrooms and one bathroom.

It’s also air conditioned with plantation shutters to help keep it cool during those long, hot Queensland summers.

In what has been considered a controversial move, Will and Karlie opted to forego a lockup garage, converting it into a master suite instead.

The home is also described as having a ‘flexible living design that could accommodate a home business space’.

Only the backyard has been left unrenovated, with plenty of potential for the home’s new owners to explore.

‘Flashback to our 2016 Block journey and the year without sleep. I think every contestant can relate… and how sleep is a rare necessity,’ they wrote.

‘During our time on The Block 2016 we were never able to get sleep on Saturday nights before reveal, we may have got one or two hours on the Friday night if we were lucky.

‘We would often fall asleep on the floor or the toilet and even standing up.’
