A 24-year-old Australian businesswoman who promotes healthy eating has revealed how to make sweet potato pizza bites without any bread.
Bree Lenehan, from Queensland, shared the recipe in a short TikTok video which has since been viewed more than 22,000 times.
The recipe requires few ingredients and would take no longer than 30 minutes to prepare from start to finish.
The easy snack idea is perfect for those who are wanting to lose weight or incorporate more vegetables into their daily diet, as the bites only contain 250 calories in total.

To make the healthy snack, Bree used sweet potato, cheese, tomato, basil, red onion, tomato passata sauce and barbecue sauce

Bree preheated the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and sliced the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces with a two-centimetre thickness.
She then lined an oven tray with baking paper, sprayed olive oil and placed the vegetable pieces on top.

The bites were left to cook in the oven for a total of 20 minutes, and during this time Bree chopped the onion, tomato and basil toppings
The sweet potato was then cooked in the oven for 20 minutes.
‘While I wait this is usually when I prepare the toppings, and then once the sweet potato is ready add the pizza sauce and toppings,’ she said in the video.
Next, she placed the bites back in the oven for five minutes to crisp the toppings before serving.
Once the sweet potato was ready, she smeared the tomato passata sauce onto each piece using a teaspoon then placed the toppings on top

After sharing the snack hack on social media, others seemed eager to try it for themselves.
