Saturday Night Live star Kristen Wiig has confirmed she is married to actor Avi Rothman, two years after confirming their engagement.
Wiig, who has never publicly confirmed her marriage, revealed the couple had privately exchanged vows during an interview with Howard Stern on Wednesday.
Appearing on the DJ’s SiriusXM radio show, the actress, 47, spoke affectionately about her life with Rothman and their eight-month old twins during the ongoing health crisis.

She said: ‘Besides the fact that we are where we are, it’s hard to not feel the s**t and struggle that’s going on, in my home I’m very lucky that I have these two babies and my husband. They make it all better, and it’s changed my life.’
The actress confirmed her engagement to Rothman in 2019 after a three year relationship. They welcomed their children via a surrogate in June 2020.
Wiig’s first marriage to actor Hayes Hargrove ended in divorce in 2009, four years after they exchanged vows.
