Hailee Steinfeld was spotted hard at work on the set of Hawkeye on Wednesday evening.

The 24-year-old actress was pictured pretending to draw and shoot an arrow while filming a nighttime rooftop scene in Atlanta for the upcoming Disney+ miniseries.

Also present was series lead Jeremy Renner, who appeared to be enjoying his time on the production as he walked around the set.

Steinfeld was dressed in a purple long-sleeve top that had been zipped up to just below her neckline.

She also wore a pair of black pants featuring various clips and pouches that had been strapped around her waist and thighs.

The actress kept a full quiver slung onto her backside; her beautiful brunette hair occasionally fell onto the arrow carrier during filming.

Her 50-year-old costar kept his ensemble much more pared down as he wore a black zip-up hoodie and a matching pair of jeans.

In addition to the series leads, Hawkeye also features Vera Farmiga and Tony Dalton in costarring roles.

Florence Pugh, who is set to portray Yelena Belova in the upcoming film Black Widow, has been confirmed to be appearing in a guest role.

Hawkeye first entered development in 2019 when Renner signed on to reprise his character in a six-to-eight episode show.

The actor had initially planned on portraying Barton in a standalone film, but Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige retooled the idea into a miniseries.

Filming for the series began in December of 2020 in New York City; shooting was originally supposed to start in October of that year.

The upcoming show’s plot will follow Renner’s character passing the title of Hawkeye to Bishop as he trains her to become a superhero.

Barton’s time as the vigilante Ronin will also be explored in greater depth.

Steinfeld was first approached to take on the role of Kate Bishop in September of 2019, but she did not confirm her casting due to her busy schedule.

After nearly a year of speculation regarding her participation in the show, the actress eventually agreed to appear in Hawkeye in December of the following year.

Earlier this year, she spoke to People about not commenting on her casting and noted that the circumstances of the pandemic indirectly kept her from letting anyone know about her part.

Steinfeld said, ‘I guess in a way, it was kind of a blessing in disguise that I…couldn’t be around a lot of people, cause that was a hard one to keep to myself.’

Hawkeye is currently set to premiere at an unspecified date later this year.
