Olympia Valance discovered one of the hazards of wearing a face mask at the Australian Open in Melbourne on Wednesday.
The 28-year-old actress was sitting in the stands at Melbourne Park alongside her fiancé Thomas Bellchambers, when her mask got tangled in her earring.
Olympia was attempting to remove her black face mask when it got caught in one of her gold hoop earrings.

Both Olympia and Tom were seen smiling in the stands as the bemused couple struggled to free the mask.
The loved-up couple shared a laugh as they sat alongside each other, with Olympia appearing focused on her beau.
At one stage, Tom snapped a photo of the action on the court, as Olympia watched on and applauded.

The couple announced their engagement on October 1, sharing a series of romantic photos on Instagram from the proposal.
‘Today is a special day. The man of my dreams proposed to me. I get to marry my best friend,’ Olympia wrote at the time.
Meanwhile, Tom posted: ‘Couldn’t be happier… stuck with me now.’

Speaking to Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa in October 2019, Olympia revealed she met Tom on the high-profile dating app, Raya.
‘We met on a dating app! It’s this app for people that are in the public eye,’ she explained.
Olympia said they started chatting on Raya and soon realised they lived close to one another in Melbourne.
