It seems legendary Australian surfer Mick Fanning is determined to sell his Coolangatta apartment block that he bought as an investment back in 2007.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the 39-year-old delayed the auction of the property by a week, after buyers were struggling to get approvals from lenders.
Giving them more time, Mick reportedly had at least 30 people inspect the block over the weekend.

Mick reportedly purchased the pad in 2007 and has spent time giving the block a face lift with a fresh lick of paint and beachy, bohemian styling on the inside.
According to the publication, there are two large apartments in the block and two granny flats, so four income streams for buyers.
It’s set to go under the hammer this weekend.

According to the publication, real estate agents have said that the units are potentially available for ‘separate sales.’
