Tommy Little slammed for his very ‘offensive’ Instagram post with Carrie Bickmore

Tommy Little has been slammed by fans on social media after posting an ‘offensive’ and ‘inappropriate’ post.

While the comedian is known for his playful banter, his upload on Monday failed to amuse some of his followers.

The 34-year-old shared a photo of himself and radio and TV co-host Carrie Bickmore with a derogatory term in the caption.

Tommy and Carrie co-host Hit Network’s Carrie and Tommy radio show and both appear on the panel of Channel 10’s The Project.

Friends and colleagues for many years, Tommy’s latest post appeared to poke fun of their pair’s bond.

‘Tweedledee and Tweedledumbc**t,’ he captioned the photo, leaving fans to question whether he was disrespecting Carrie in the post. 

While some fans flocked to the comments section to join in on the banter, others expressed their disappointment in Tommy.

‘Not going to follow you anymore. Really disappointing that you think it’s ok,’ one user said of her intention to boycott the star. 

Many took offense of the flippant use of the C-word in his post: ‘Since when has it been ok to use the c word. I bet your mother is real proud.’

‘That c word should never be used, it’s degrading,’ one user wrote, as another added: ‘why use that word? It’s already associated with a feeling of aggressive again against women. Really disappointed and sad.’

‘I’m guessing you’re the latter,’ one fan brutally quipped.

Another joked: ‘Best you apologise and tell her someone stole your unlocked phone.’

Carrie has yet to comment on the post.
