They’ve been friends for more than a decade, after appearing together on the hit MTV show The Hills – which is enjoying a resurgence with offshoot New Beginnings.
And Kristin Cavallari and Heidi Montag, both 34, showed they remain very much in sync on Sunday, when they dancing together for a video posted on TikTok.
With Pateezy’s raunchy rap hit Beat It playing, the reality stars stood together in a kitchen as they showed off their best moves before folding into fits of laughter.

Heidi looked casually cool for the video, which she shared on her TikTok account, wearing a cropped black sweater with camouflage-print utility joggers.
Standing tall in a pair of black heels, she accessorised with a pair of necklaces, while wearing her lustrous golden locks in a high ponytail.
Sporting a rich palette of makeup, she was soon joined by her longtime friend Kristin, who cut a stylish figure in a plunging taupe sleeveless dress.
Wearing her golden brown tresses in a half-updo, she further glammed up her look with a glittering array of gold jewellery.

Captioning the video, which was posted on TikTok later that evening, Heidi wrote: ‘Love you Kristin Cavallari #fyp.’
Heidi and her husband Spencer Pratt, 37, are among the castmembers who have returned for the rebooted series The Hills: New Beginnings, which aired in 2019.
The rebooted series premiered in late June 2019, and was quickly renewed for a second season the following month.
But like most television and film productions around the world, the COVID-19 pandemic put filming for season two on hold.

Production reportedly began in November 2020 with new coronavirus safety protocols in place.
Kristin’s big television break came in her junior year of high school when she starred on Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.
She later had a role on The Hills and performed on Dancing With The Stars before finding a series on E! with her now-estranged husband Jay Cutler on Very Cavallari.
Back in 2019, Heidi and their mutual pal Audrina Partridge, 35, appeared on Very Cavallari, marking the first time they had all been together onscreen in a decade.
‘It was really fun,’ Kristin told People at the time. ‘We had such a great time filming. It really felt like no time had passed!

‘And it was just fun to be with friends I’ve had for a long time. We’re always going to have that connection, just because of what we went through together, you know? We’re always going to be in each other’s corners.’
However, following the April 2020 announcement that she and Jay were ending their seven-year marriage, Kristin also quit the couple’s reality show.
Heidi and Spencer eloped in Mexico on November 20, 2008 during the fourth season of The Hills. They tied the knot in April 2009 in Pasadena, California, and welcomed their son Gunner in October 2017.
Kristin and former football player Jay wed in June 2013 and share three children – Camden, eight, Jaxon, six, and Saylor, five.
