The home also features a study, utility room and cloakroom, with two en-suite bedrooms.

The development also comprises two four bed detached homes.

In September last year, it was revealed Rupert had made a £3million profit in the past year from his property empire with his company account, Clay 10 Ltd, worth a whopping £20,304,021.

This means Rupert made a staggering £58,000 a week from his lucrative property portfolio.

A source previously told The Sun: ‘Rupert’s become a real property magnate and has been working his magic on building his empire.

‘His portfolio is worth around £24million now and he’s growing it all the time.

‘He has started three property businesses which are all bringing in a tidy sum.’

Rupert’s companies, Clay 10, invested in nearly £8million worth of property in the most recent financial year.

Another of his successful firms, Oneonesix Development, has been buying properties outside London.

The actor has been buying high-spec rental properties, as well as luxury homes, with good transport links to the city.

He most recently bought a £500,000 house in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, as well as two neighbouring houses for £1.5 million in Luton.

Rupert also owns Eevil Plan Properties and has forked out on three properties near his own home in Hertfordshire.

In October 2020 it was revealed Rupert had conjured up plans to transform a barn on his country estate into six new homes as he continues to build up his blooming property empire.

The actor had applied for planning permission to convert a barn in the grounds of his sprawling Kimpton Grange estate, into six family homes.

Rupert bought Kimpton Grange for a cool £5.4 million in 2009.

The 18th century mansion boasts six bedrooms, an indoor leisure centre with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, cinema, games room, outdoor pool, a flood-lit tennis court. There is an adjoining staff flat and two cottages nearby.

The star paid cash for the property but although he is the registered owner he never lived there, as it is in need of renovation.

Kimpton Grange, which is in a designated conservation area and set in acres of parkland, was recently put on the market for £6 million.

However the six new properties are more modest.

The former storage barn will be turned into six environmentally friendly three-bedroom homes, with a green living roof made up with a layer of plants that absorbs rain water, provides insulation and creates wildlife habitat.

The new homes are a short walk from the facilities in the village of Kimpton, which include a pub, a post office, a school and a car mechanics, the application to North Hertfordshire Council states.

In 2014, it was revealed his property empire was worth £12.9 million and was spread over a 20-mile radius in Hertfordshire, at the heart of London’s commuter belt.

The actor bought three properties around his home village for a combined £9.2million.

Another three, worth £3.7million, were registered in the names of his mother Joanna, 46, and father Nigel, 49, a former racing car driver listed as a co-director of Eevil Plan.

Following the success of the Harry Potter films, Mr and Mrs Grint paid £975,000 for a Hertford townhouse, which they run as a boutique hotel charging up to £150 per night.

They also own two large farmhouses worth a combined £2.7million, both in their names.

The Harry Potter star and his actress partner Georgia , 28, have been adjusting to parenthood together while in lockdown.

Speaking to Glamour magazine about becoming a father, he said: ‘I feel very comfortable being a dad. I am still kind of coming to terms with what being a dad is, but I’m loving it.’

He revealed that the change to fatherhood made him change some habits ‘overnight’ and that he quit smoking straight away.

And contrary to many first-time parents, he said parenthood has been ‘calming’ and claims he is getting more sleep now than before.

‘I’ve started sleeping so much better. I used to be a horrific insomniac, now I’m sleeping,’ he said.

‘I feel a lot more – I don’t know, weirdly relaxed. It’s been a very calming process for me. Obviously there are days when she [Wednesday] is FULL on. But there’s something really nice about the routine. It’s got me in a good place, I think.’

Grint also gave an insight into his relationship with girlfriend Georgia, who’s famed for her role in Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging, saying the secret to their long-term love is that they are ‘best friends’.

The couple have kept their relationship famously private since they started dating in 2011.

However, he admitted that welcoming a child during a pandemic has been tough at times, without the usual support of family and friends.

But the British star said he can’t wait to take his daughter Wednesday out to see the world when things are back to normal.

In November, Grint joined Instagram by posting a photo of himself cradling his then six-month-old daughter wearing a pink jumper with the back of her head facing the camera.

He racked up more than one million likes in just four hours and now has over four million followers on the social media platform.

The actor is busy promoting the second season of the hit series Apple TV+ series Servant, which centers around the tragic loss of a child.
