TV star Justine Clarke sells her Rozelle home in Sydney for $2.1million as work gets underway for the multibillion-dollar motorway WestConnex

Work on the New South Wales government’s multibillion-dollar motorway WestConnex, linking the Iron Cove Bridge to the Anzac Bridge, is well underway.

And as reported by Domain on Saturday, TV star Justine Clarke has offered her Sydney Rozelle home for voluntary acquisition, to Transport for New South Wales. 

The 49-year-old and her husband Jack Finsterer are understood to have received $2.1million for the three-bedroom semi-detached home, they purchased in 2014.

They are also believed to have purchased a $2.47million home in the neighbouring suburb of Drummoyne.

The property boasts four bedrooms, an art studio and a swimming pool.    

The couple share three children together, Josef, 20, Nina, 18, and Max, 11.

Justine is an acclaimed actress, having appeared in a wide range of TV shows including A Country Practice, and Home and Away.

She starred in the 1997 film Blackrock alongside the late Heath Ledger, and branched out into presenting when she joined the cast of ABC’s Play School in 1999.  

Justine has also appeared in stage productions with the Sydney Theatre Company, and performed in various bands in the 1990s.

Her husband Jack has had roles in television shows including McLeod’s Daughters, Neighbours, Stingers, and Blue Heelers.  

WestConnex is Australia’s largest road infrastructure project, promising to ease congestion, and is scheduled to be completed in 2023.

The M4-M5 link, connecting the Iron Cove Bridge to the Anzac Bridge, is being managed by Transport for NSW.
