Miranda Lambert and her husband Brendan McLoughlin cut their road trip short after they were involved in a scary hit-and-run: ‘Nobody was hurt’

Miranda Lambert and husband Brendan McLoughlin were victims of a hit-and-run on an Atlanta highway, which left their airstream pretty banged up.

While nobody was injured after a small vehicle driving ‘erratically’ struck their passenger side, the incident cut their road trip short by a few days.

‘Y’all we made it home to Nashville. A few days earlier than planned,’ the two-time Grammy winner began in a lengthy caption about the accident.

Close call: Miranda Lambert and husband Brendan McLoughlin were victims of a hit-and-run on an Atlanta highway, which left their airstream pretty banged up

She continued: ‘Unfortunately on the way home going through Atlanta, an a**hole in a small car with temp plates was driving erratically and tried to squeeze between us and a semi truck going 70 on I-20 W.’

‘It hit the airstream on the passenger side and sent us into the left lane,’ she wrote, before revealing the damage done to their beloved ride — which she nicknamed ‘The Sheriff.’

‘We fishtailed pretty good but got on the shoulder as quickly as possible to assess the damage. Nobody was hurt thank the good Lord. But nobody stopped either and the car sped away,’ she added.
