Kaia Gerber cuts a stylish figure in a black blazer and jeans

She missed out on Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

And Kaia Gerber was spotted enjoying some family time in Los Angeles on Thursday as she headed out for dinner with her business entrepreneur father Rande, 58, and brother Presley, 21. 

The model, 19, cut a stylish figure as she left Nobu in a black tweed blazer with gold hardware. 

Kaia layered the jacket atop of of a brown ribbed jumper and teamed the look with bootcut jeans and black boots and accessorised her outfit with a tan shoulder bag.

In keeping with safety guidelines, the daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford donned a black face mask.

As the family approached their car, Presley showed off his chivalrous side by opening the door for Kaia. 

While Cindy didn’t attend the family dinner, it appeared some of Kaia and Presley’s friends joined the trio at Nobu.  

The runway fixture has been making an effort to stay fit in anticipation of the end of the extended period of quarantine.

Before the onset of the global pandemic, Gerber was featured on the cover of numerous publications, including i-D and various international versions of Vogue.

She also walked in fashion shows for brands such as Prada, Saint Laurent and Moschino, among others. 

In April of 2020, Gerber gave an interview to The Kit, during which she spoke about how she was attempting to stay consistent with her pre-pandemic habits in an effort to maintain a positive mindset.

‘I’ve tried to keep up with my routine just to feel like life isn’t so out of balance. I try to work out every day because it’s just good for me mentally and for me, how I feel on the inside really shows through my skin,’ the social media personality said. 

Gerber also discussed what she was looking forward to doing again once the major restrictions on interpersonal contact and travel are lifted.

The model remarked: ‘I’m just excited to go on a hike or be in nature and, who knows how far down the line this will happen, but just to hug someone.

‘For me, communication is done a lot through hugging and through human interaction and I definitely miss that kind of touch.’
