Heavily pregnant Elyse Knowles is preparing to welcome her first child.

On January 10, Elyse told fans she was eager to welcome her baby, writing: ‘Can’t wait to explore Aus with muff (muffin)!! Few more weeks.’ It’s likely she is due in February or early March.

Many pregnant women try various ways to turn their babies out of the breech (bottom first) position to avoid a birth by a cesarean section.

Moxibustion for breech babies utilises the burning of herbs close to the skin of the fifth toes of both feet.

Elyse had revealed on Saturday that her baby was in breech position and that she needed to rest ahead of the little one’s arrival.
