The designs and plans for the outdoor kitchen has been made and is set to start construction.

The home was built last year by Michael and Arya Martin of OSKLO LA and when they were made aware of Bobby’s interest in the property but with reservations due to a lack of an outdoor kitchen, the two groups sat down to make something work.

The firm and Bobby collaborated on plans for an outdoor kitchen to fit the needs of the chef before selling it to him.

They told People magazine: ‘We were intro’d to Bobby through realtor Branden and Rayni Williams and struck up a conversation about outdoor kitchens and how we found it so hard to make one that’s modern and refined but with the functionality that a chef needs.’

Adding: ‘Bobby and our team started a dialogue and ended up coming up with an idea for implementing his new outdoor kitchen that’s truly going to be one of the chicest anyone has seen.’

‘We are combining all the cooking requirements of a truly iconic chef has but in a sleek and modernist outdoor setting that benefits the style of this incredible house.’

The enormous glass doors slide across the doorway, making it the perfect Southern California abode that blends the indoor and outdoor space together for a zen-filled environment.

The reason for the New York native’s West Coast purchase is because of his daughter: ‘Mr. Flay has been spending more time in Los Angeles to be closer to his daughter, Sophie who is a community journalist for ABC News,’ the spokesperson told People.
