Alicia Silverstone looks radiant in sporty ensemble during a hike with her pet pooch and a friend in LA
Aside from her career in Hollywood, including her breakout role in the 1995 teen comedy Clueless, Alicia Silverstone is also known for her work as an animal rights advocate.
And on Monday the actress took some time out to exercise both her body and mind during a hike with a friend and her pet pooch near her home in Los Angeles.
Looking fresh and relaxed, Silverstone strolled along chatting with her pal while she played the role of pack leader for her four-legged family member.

The Northern California native, 44, kept it sporty in black sweatpants and a dark blue workout shirt.
She also donned grey sneakers as she carried a black water container.
The actress styled her blonde tresses long with plenty of volume, soft waves and a part on the right.
On this day, Silverstone decided to head out on the hike without her nine-year-old son Bear.

The Golden Globe nominee had only recently wrapped shooting her latest film, the post-apocalyptic thriller SHTF (S*** Hits the Fan), in Butte, Montana about a month ago.
The movie, which also stars Drew Van Acker and Stephen Moyer, is set in the aftermath of an apocalyptic event that forces people into extreme isolation. A father and son (Moyer and Van Acker) who have been living off-grid for 20 years encounter an outsider (Silverstone) who threatens to destroy the utopia they’ve built.
Next up: Silverstone will reprise her role in the comedy-drama series The Baby-Sitters Club, which premiered on Netflix in July 2020.

She will also star in the thriller film The Requin, alongside James Tupper, Deirdre O’Connell, Jennifer Mudge, Danny Chung and Kha Mai.
It centers on a couple on a romantic getaway who find themselves stranded at sea when a tropical storm sweeps away their villa. In order to survive, they are forced to fight the elements, while sharks circle below.
Silverstone also spends some of her time navigating her healthy lifestyle brand — The Kind Life — an extension of her book, The Kind Diet, which is all about living your healthiest and happiest life to the fullest, while taking care of Planet Earth.
