Heidi Klum kisses daughter Leni in Instagram snap they post online after teen makes modeling debut

There’s clearly plenty of affection between Heidi Klum and her eldest child, daughter Leni.

And on Sunday, Klum, 47, reposted a snap of the two of them kissing on the lips that Leni, 16, had shared to her Instagram Story.

The lookalike mother and daughter have much in common with Leni recently made her debut as a model following in her famous mom’s footsteps. 

Leni’s biological father is Italian businessman Flavio Briatore but her parents broke up shortly after the German model discovered she was pregnant.

By the time of Leni’s birth, Klum was dating British musician Seal and following their 2005 marriage, Seal adopted Leni.

He and Klum went on to have three children of their own, sons Henry, 15, and Johan, 14, and daughter Lou, 11.

The America’s Got Talent judge and Next Top Model host has been supportive of her eldest child’s decision to become a model.

Leni made her modeling debut in December 2020 on the cover of Vogue Germany’s January/February 2021 issue alongside her mom.  

Klum shared shots from their joint Vogue cover and wrote a sweet tribute to her daughter on social media.

‘I’m so proud of you,’ she wrote. ‘And not because you chose this path. I know that no matter which way you go, it will be your own.

‘You always know exactly what you want and what you don’t want. You are not a mini-me. And I’m happy for you that you can now show who YOU ​​are.’

And earlier this month, the teen accomplished another big moment for her career, walking her very first runway as she opened Berlin Fashion Week on January 20. 

Meanwhile, on Sunday, Klum also shared images of herself and husband Tom Kaulitz to her Instagram.

The two were shown taking their beloved dogs for a walk but they stopped off to exchange some kisses during the stroll.  

Klum and German musician Kaulitz went public with their relationship in 2018 and tied the knot the following year.
