Martha Kalifatidis and Ines Basic had a close bond on season six of Married At First Sight, but abruptly cut ties after filming wrapped in early 2019.
And Martha, 32, revealed on Friday why the two women were no longer friends.
Ahead of Sunday night’s MAFS Grand Reunion, the brunette told The Kyle and Jackie O Show they ‘don’t talk’ anymore.

She added: ‘I think we’re throwing this term “friends” around loosely. My friends are people that don’t appear on my socials, they’re my real friends.’
Radio host Kyle Sandilands asked if jealousy had caused their falling out, and Martha explained their feud started because she and her boyfriend, Michael Brunelli, were invited to the Logies in 2019 and Ines wasn’t.
‘Michael and I were invited to the Logies and those girls weren’t. Honestly they didn’t miss anything,’ she said, referring to Ines and Jessika Power.

Kyle pressed her on the issue of jealousy, asking if she’d rubbed her Logies invitation in Ines’ face at the time.
‘No, they were in the casino when Michael and I were walking to the after-party. Ines walked up to me and she pretended to throw up on me,’ Martha said.
She claimed she’d greeted Ines civilly, and was upset when her former co-star dry-wretched in her direction. This snub, she said, was the start of their falling out.
Martha continued: ‘I couldn’t understand what was going on. I had no idea what was going on because as far as I was concerned we were all friends.

‘You know what the truth is: it is what it is. My mentality is it’s water under the bridge. I’ve put it behind me, I don’t really care about it.’
The feud erupted again last year when Martha slammed Ines and Jessika in an Instagram Live video, telling fans she’d rather undergo ‘root canal surgery’ than speak to them again.
The remark led to Ines going on an expletive-laden rant on Instagram Stories about Martha, saying: ‘I just think it’s disgusting, you don’t speak that way about anyone and I had been copping it for a whole year.

‘I don’t stand for that s**t, I don’t stand for that disgusting behaviour towards people,’ she added.
Meanwhile, Jessika falsely alleged at the time that Martha had cheated on her boyfriend, Michael, with ‘an Arab sheikh’.
Martha strenuously denied all of Ines and Jessika’s claims about her.
