Nadia Sawalha has sensationally claimed she had a birth orgasm when she gave birth to her daughter Kiki.

The Loose Women presenter, 56, who is mother to daughters Kiki and Maddie, 18, made the revelation during the Thursday’s show. 

Nadia said the orgasm wasn’t like Sally’s famous one in the film Harry Met Sally, but felt a ‘rush of incredibly sensitive sensations’ as they discussed unusual pregnancy symptoms.

According to research, some women have a birth orgasm, and the intensity of the feeling isn’t about sexuality but about feelings of relief and euphoria at welcoming a baby. 

She told fellow panellists Jane Moore, Kaye Adams and Emma Willis: ‘I had a rush of incredibly sensitive sensations. I would never say contractions. 

‘If you think of a wave, you go up on the wave, let yourself go and you come crashing down.’
