Eiza Gonzalez and Jake Gyllenhaal shoot intense chase scene on set of Michael Bay’s Ambulance in LA

Eiza González has a busy year ahead of her, with multiple films coming out in the next few months.

And the Mexican actress/singer is already back on set as she shoots her next project, working alongside Jake Gyllenhaal for Michael Bay’s upcoming thriller in Los Angeles.

She held on for dear life Wednesday in an intense chase scene filmed on the set of the action flick Ambulance.

The 30-year-old was in uniform as an EMT, holding onto the back of a moving ambulance, as Gyllenhaal, 40, grabbed her by the shirt while exchanging fire with the cops following them. 

Ambulance, which is set for a February 18, 2022 premiere, stars Gyllenhaal and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as two thieves who rob an ambulance occupied by a paramedic (González) and a patient in critical condition.

González later took to her Instagram Story with a throwback of herself sharing a smooch with Rosamund Pike, wishing her a happy 42nd birthday.

She wrote: ‘It’s my Aquarius queen’s bday! @mspike love you woman. No one I’d rather have as my on screen wife than you. Celebrate hard for me.’

The Baby Driver actress previously shared a funny photo to Instagram of Pike grabbing her chest, writing: ‘That’s my woman. @mspike #ICAREALOT Feb 19th.’

They star in the dark comedy thriller I Care a Lot, which premieres February 19 on Netflix, as a couple who makes their living by stealing from the elderly, until they find out their latest mark has connections to a powerful gangster.

González also stars in the highly-anticipated Godzilla vs. Kong, which premieres March 31 in theaters and on HBO Max.
