Teresa Giudice SLASHES price of New Jersey mansion to $2.25MIL

Teresa Giudice has lowered the price of her New Jersey mansion yet again.

On Wednesday the New York Post reported the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star dropped the price of the property to $2.25million.

The spread – where she raised her four daughters with Joe Giudice, whom she divorced last year – was originally listed for $5million in 2014.

According to Realtor.com, they could not get $5million so they marked it down twice over the following few months but it did not sell, so they took it off the market.

In 2020, Teresa, 48, renovated the house and then put it on the market for $2.5million, but there were no takers.

She may get lucky with $2.25million.

Teresa and Joe completed construction on the property in 2008 and it has been prominently featured on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

They paid $530,000 for the 3.7 acre lot way back in 2002, seven years before she began starring on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

Evidently it took them six years to build their 10,044 square foot manor which has six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

The couple spent years on the sprawling estate starring on reality TV while bringing up their four daughters – Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 16, and Audriana, 12.

At the time they was charging $3,999,000 – but two months later she relented and knocked half a million off the asking price.

According to Realtor.com they slashed off another half a million on January 6, 2015, one day after she began her prison sentence.

Teresa and Joe were allowed to serve their jail sentences back-to-back so that one parent at a time would be at home with their daughters.

After that it appeared possible that she had decided to keep the house as she did not list it again until September of last year.
