Lisa also shared a picture of sexual assault survivor, Grace Tame, 26, who was announced as this year’s Australian of the Year.

It comes after Lisa revealed that she is finally getting her swimming ‘mojo’ back.

‘Rolling the tired heavy arms over,’ Lisa captioned the post.

‘Time to get my mojo back – first swim for ages – seems like forever… actually was I ever an olympic swimmer. But at least my nieces googles suit me. And Flynn…. omg… cutest ever!’

In the clip, Lisa sports a pink swimming cap and blue bikini as she swims a few laps of freestyle while her grandson watches on.

Her return to the pool comes four months after her daughter, Jaimi, tragically died in September at the age of 33.

Lisa announced Jaimi’s death in an emotional social media post on September 15.

‘Our beautiful daughter Jaimi has lost her battle with a long-term illness and passed away peacefully in hospital yesterday morning with her loving family by her side,’ she wrote at the time.

‘Our hearts are broken and the pain is unbearable but we cherish every wonderful moment we got to share with our treasured and so loved first child.’

It was later reported that Jaimi had battled alcoholism and an eating disorder before her death at a Sunshine Coast hospital.
