The White Tiger is an adaptation of the 2008 debut novel of the same name by Aravind Adiga, 46, that won the 2008 Man Booker Prize.

Priyanka said the film examines the class divide in India within a dark thriller setting.

‘It’s a reflection of where we are today,’ Priyanka said.

Priyanka opened her interview by carrying on a drinking tradition with Ellen and sipped on ‘beautiful blanco’ tequila from her husband’s Villa One brand.

She also shared that she learned during quarantine that Nick was a ‘lot neater’ than her and preferred eating at a dining table.

‘He’s very formal that way,’ Priyanka said.
