There’s not too many lazy Sundays when you’re at the helm of the global lifestyle company, Goop, which is said to be worth $250 million (£191million).

With her drive to succeed in mind, Gwyneth Paltrow got in a Sunday morning workout at a gym in the Santa Monica neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The Academy Award-winning actress and entrepreneur, 48, was spotted leaving the facility looking fresh and ready for her day ahead in a sporty, all-black ensemble.

Paltrow headed to her parked car dressed in skin-tight, black leggings and a matching turtleneck sweatshirt.

She also donned a pair of black sneakers and had her long blonde tresses pulled back into a loose ponytail.

And in accordance to health and safety protocols amid the still raging COVID-19 pandemic, the Los Angeles native made sure to wear a face mask over her mouth and nose.

Later in the morning, while back at her home, Paltrow turned her attention back to the business of Goop, among other top priorities that likely included her two children: daughter Apple, 16, and son Moses, 14.

Wanting to keep things casual in the fashion department, she sat down at her computer to do some work after slipping into a stylish, grey sweatsuit and her hair in a loose bun.

‘Sweats? On a Sunday? Groundbreaking. New G. Label @goop,’ the Shakespeare in Love star captioned a photo of herself enjoying a cup of coffee while flashing a big beaming smile.

Paltrow launched the Goop brand in 2008 as a weekly e-mail newsletter providing new age advice and health-conscious remedies and suggestions.

It has grown exponentially into e-commerce, collaborating with fashion brands, pop-up shops, a print magazine and podcast, among others.

Goop has faced criticism for marketing products and treatments that are based on pseudoscience, lack efficacy, and are recognized by the medical establishment as harmful or misleading.

Most recently the company, which is headquartered in Santa Monica, was valued at $250 million in early 2020.
