Alli Simpson is ejected from I’m A Celebrity after a terrifying final challenge

Alli Simpson was eliminated from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! on Monday during a brutal ejection.

The 22-year-old influencer and younger sister of singer Cody Simpson was flung into a pond after guessing the wrong number of eels in a box.

Along with co-stars Colin Fassnidge and Robert ‘Dipper’ DiPierdomenico, Alli had to feel around in a box of eels and count how many there were.

‘Both of you have gotten me through this. I couldn’t have done it without you,’ Alli told Colin, 47, and Dipper. 

‘Col, that challenge with you was honestly one of the highlights of my whole time. Dip, you light up every single day in camp. And it’s just been a pleasure getting to know both of you.’

After Alli was revealed to be the furthest off the correct number of eels, her chair was flung backwards and she was sent flying through the air into a nearby pond.

The brutal ejection left both Colin and Dipper, 62, momentarily stunned, before Alli emerged from the water soaking wet. 

‘That freaked me out so much. It’s insane! I honestly didn’t think it would be me. I really didn’t,’ she confessed.

Later talking to hosts Chris Brown and Julia Morris, Alli described her elimination from the hit reality show as being ‘so frustrating’.

‘It’s not easy, that’s for sure. The hardest thing, I found, was missing my family and friends…’ she said of the show. 

‘But honestly, I wouldn’t change this experience for the world. It’s just been, like, some crazy dream I’ve just been in for the last couple of weeks.’

Speaking about the show’s upcoming finale, she added: ‘I’d be happy to see anyone win.’
