Earlier this month, Married At First Sight star Elizabeth Sobinoff split from her boyfriend Seb Guilhaus.

And on Saturday, Lizzie, 29, enjoyed some much-needed ‘me time’ with her friend and former MAFS NZ star, Samuel Levi.

Taking to Instagram, Lizzie shared a gallery of the pair drinking in the sun on the beach, as she humbly thanked Samuel for his ‘last minute’ visit, in a touching post.

‘What you have done for me, a big, beautiful thank you,’ she began.

‘A last minute trip to bring the biggest smile to my face. Currently sitting on the couch next to you, but the adventures won’t stop until you go home tomorrow.’

Lizzie also used the post as an opportunity to shut down any rumors that suggested she had since moved on from Seb.

‘Ps. Please stop with the new man comments below,’ she wrote.

Fun in the sun: 'The ocean, sun, and laughs. All bloody worth it,' wrote Samuel, adding the hashtags #love #surprise #cheeringup

On January 11, Seb and Lizzie revealed their break-up was amicable and mutual, but refused to reveal exactly why they called it quits.

The couple broke the news that they’d split after one year of dating by uploading identical posts to Instagram.

Uploading a photo of the couple in happier times, the pair wrote: ‘We have mutually decided to end our relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend.

‘We want to thank everyone for the endless support we have received on our platforms. Please be kind and respectful.’

‘We are aware you have followed parts of our journey, but please remember we are real people, and we are both navigating our way through this time to the best of our abilities.’

The pair went on to explain they were ‘well aware’ the announcement would spark ‘countless rumours’, and asked fans to respect their privacy.

‘It is still fresh for us both, we just know there has been some curiosity as we have shared parts of our relationship online and we met on national television,’ they wrote.

‘We are both respectful of each other and are still involved in each other’s lives. We both have cherished each other and have grown together. We would like to send love and well wishes to all.’

In December, the couple were spotted holding hands and packing on the PDA when they arrived to film Married At First Sight’s all-stars reunion in Lilyfield, Sydney.

The last photo of the couple was posted on December 26, which showed a festive-looking Elizabeth wearing a Santa hat while cosying up to Seb for a car selfie.
