Sandra Bullock sells her Georgia estate for $4.2M

Sandra Bullock has finally unloaded her stunning three-acre Georgia estate which is 20 minutes outside of downtown Savannah. 

The 56-year-old Oscar-winning beauty first listed her home for $6.5million in March 2019 but she reduced the price several times. In September 2019, she cut the price by $400k down to $6.1 million. And in January 2020 she reportedly dropped it again. 

Now the property has sold for $4.175million, according to People, which is about $2.33million less than the original asking price.

The Ocean’s Eight star snapped up the two adjacent properties from June 2001 to March 2002 for a total of $4.5 million then made them one massive estate, according to Variety.

Bullock’s property on Tybee Island boasts a fully-furnished main home and a guest home which sit on three-acres with a long dock leading to a private entry to the beach. 

The actress doesn’t appear to have much use for beachfront retreat as she resides mostly on the West Coast where she is raising her two adopted children with boyfriend Bryan Randall. 

The main home offers 3,360square-feet of living space, while the guest house adds an additional 2,848square-feet.

The estate has a total of seven bedrooms and five and a half baths between both homes and comes fully furnished with the exception of a few personal items in the main house. 

It also has a swimming pool with plenty of room for sun-bathers and poolside entertaining.

The Bird Box actress’ house has expansive balconies and verandas for relaxing outdoors or napping in a hammock.

The listing recommends drinking morning coffee or evening wine to watch the ships go by or even spot dolphins.   

The property includes a half-size basketball court, multiple tucked away spots for sitting, and an outdoor grill.

Downstairs on the lowest level is a recreation room, a fully equipped home gym, storage space and several garage parking spaces.
