Nadia Essex shares son Ezekiel’s teething woes

Nadia Essex has revealed her son Ezekiel has begun teething as she admitted she struggles to see her 22-month-old in pain.

The TV personality, 39, shared a clip of her little boy crying and revealed he was in discomfort due to going through a period of teething.

The mother of one, wrote: ‘I wish I could take his pain away. Thank god for Calpol and teething powder.

She honestly added: ‘Every day I wake up with the best intentions to have a fun, wonderful yet chilled day and before 8am the place is a state and I’ve got a headache.’

Nadia then shared a picture feeding her son, and said: ‘And then this happens and I have a little cry because I have never loved a human as much as I love Ezekiel.’ 

Last month Nadia shared a teary-eyed selfie as she told how she felt ‘super ugly and had a meltdown’ on her ‘first night out’ since giving birth to son Ezekiel in March. 

The former Celebs Go Dating star explained how she is struggling to adjust to her ‘post baby body’ in a candid Instagram post.

She said she felt ‘very overwhelmed’ after putting her son to bed and claimed she was wearing ‘the most tent like ensemble, that if I breathed in didn’t make me want to vom when I looked in the mirror’.

She shared a candid close-up snap showing she had tears welling up in her eyes following her difficult evening.

As well as her tearful picture, Nadia also shared a stunning mirror selfie, showing herself looking very glamorous before she hit the town.

She looked sensational in an understated black dress and added some glitz to her attire with a sparkling pair of silver knee-high boots.

The single mother, who was given just a one per cent chance of conceiving naturally before she became pregnant, sported a smokey-eye make-up look and styled her golden locks in a straight style.

In an honest caption alongside her post, Nadia admitted that she is still struggling to get used to her ‘post baby body’.

She went on to emotionally explain that ‘nothing’ in her wardrobe fit her, as she is still ‘one to two dress sizes bigger than before’.

Nadia candidly penned: ‘Last night was my very first night out without Ezekiel. Unfortunately nothing fit (I’m still 1-2 dress sizes bigger than before) and felt super ugly & had a meltdown after I put him to bed as it was all very overwhelming. 

‘I wore the most tent like ensemble, that if I breathed in didn’t make me want to vom when I looked in the mirror and….I had a wonderful night. I have a sore head today but glad I got over myself and went out. 

‘Getting used to my post baby body is tough but I keep my positive affirmations going over in my mind and take each day at a time.’

Nadia has been working hard to lose her baby weight, and showed off the fruits of her labour on Instagram last month.

The TV star posed in front of a floor-length mirror in just her underwear to display her progress.

Rejoicing that she has kept the weight off, she captioned the snap: ‘Over a month later and I haven’t put any of the weight back on from my @mfgoalgettersuk plan. 

‘I’ve still got a bit more to lose but I’m SO happy I’ve lost the baby weight and kept it off.’
