She is expecting her first child, a boy, with fiancée Hayley Willis.
And Fiona Falkiner looked radiant and positively glowing in a mirror selfie shared to Instagram on Friday.
The 38-year-old model and former host of The Biggest Loser cradled her baby bump in a leopard print swimsuit, as she enjoyed a spa day at Sydney’s The Langham.
Fiona made use of the hotel’s plush white robes, and beamed as she captured a photo with her iPhone inside the spa’s bathroom.
Her blonde locks fell in relaxed waves around her face and shoulders, and her complexion was flawless.
‘Treat yo’ self! Spa day!’ Fiona captioned the post shared with her legion of fans.

‘It’s hard to accept my forever changing body, but every day I wake up and see the way my fiancée looks at me with so much love and adoration,’ she penned online.
‘It’s all I need to remind me that I am doing something incredible, I’m growing a human and I am going to love every second of it.’
In the accompanying photo, Fiona stood in a pool’s shallow water in a metallic bikini top and briefs, and looked positively glowing as she smiled and cradled her bump.
