Carrie Bickmore was quick to crack a crude joke about Russian President Vladimir Putin on The Project.

On Wednesday, the newsreader presented a video showing the Russian leader dipping into a freezing cold pool to mark the feast of Epiphany. 

The 40-year-old couldn’t help but point out that after submerging himself a few times, the President quickly turned around and away from the cameras.

‘Notice he turned around to walk out and not face the cameras,’ she noted, hinting at the size of Putin’s manhood after his freezing cold dip.

‘What are you suggesting Carrie? co-host Peter Helliar asked before he added: ‘His little Kim?’

The blonde beauty quipped right back, ‘Little Pete’, leaving her co-hosts in stitches.

This comes after Carrie made another X-rated joke on Tuesday’s episode of The Project.

The panelists discussed a mishap involving actress Gwyneth Paltrow’s vagina-scented candle, which left them in hysterics.

According to a report by The Sun on Monday, a British woman was burning the candle when it ‘exploded and emitted huge flames’.

Carrie confessed: ‘When I saw the headline, “vagina candle explodes”, I thought the outcome was more dire. I’m relieved, that’s all I’m saying.’

His X-rated quip prompted the show’s panelists to burst out laughing, before Carrie responded: ‘You’ve been in a flap about this story all day.’
