Elsa Pataky flaunts her toned physique on the set of Carmen in Sydney

Elsa Pataky was spotted filming scenes for the movie adaptation of the opera Carmen in Sydney on Tuesday.

During her downtime on set, the 44-year-old actress enjoyed a chat with the film’s director, Benjamin Millepied, who is the husband of Oscar-winner Natalie Portman.

The glamorous wife of Chris Hemsworth flaunted her slender frame in a beige two-piece outfit by Spell as the pair shared a laugh together.

She cut a casual figure in ribbed trackpants and a printed T-shirt, which she paired with sneakers. 

The mother of three wore her blonde hair in loose waves and appeared to go makeup free.

Meanwhile, filmmaker Benjamin opted for tan chinos and a black T-shirt, and slung a blue backpack over his shoulders.

The pair appeared to be deep conversation, and were later joined by a crew member wearing a baseball cap.

After their chat, Elsa was spotted picking up some food from catering and heading back to her trailer.

Carmen, an adaptation of the famous opera, is Benjamin’s feature directorial debut.

Irish actor Paul Mescal plays the male lead, while Melissa Barrera takes on the titular role of Carmen.

While Carmen is set in Spain and tells the story of the downfall of Don José, who is seduced by Carmen, this adaptation will follow a Mexican woman’s search for freedom in Los Angeles.

At this stage, it is unknown what role Elsa is set to portray. 

Elsa is known for her role as Elena Neves in the Fast and Furious franchise. She also recently starred in Netflix show Tidelands.
