Pip Edwards shows off her washboard abs in a crop top as she does a gruelling Pilates workout

Pip Edwards is known for her incredible figure and often hones her physique with Pilates. 

And on Tuesday it was no different for the P.E Nation designer, who looked sensational as she worked up a sweat at her local Pilates studio. 

The 40-year-old, who is currently dating retired cricketer Michael Clarke, flaunted her trim and toned physique in a white crop top and black high-waisted leggings. 

The mother-of-one shared a number of pictures and videos on Instagram, saying that she wants to ‘push herself harder than usual this week.’

‘Physical and mental strength is ALWAYS a work in progress,’ Pip wrote. 

She added: ‘This week I am committed to pushing myself harder than usual, focusing on technique, to power my moves, and challenge my mind. I can do this.’

In the images, the Bondi-based socialite looks incredible in a white one-shoulder crop top by her own brand, which she teamed with black leggings and long socks. 

She shows off a deep golden tan and wears her short locks in loose curls. 

She said in one video that she’s trying to hone her moves and be ‘more graceful’ through one challenging workout.

On Saturday, Pip turned up the heat and showed off the results of her efforts by posing up in a khaki ribbed bikini by Hunza G.  

Meanwhile, Michael and Pip’s romance is going from strength to strength.

Pip was pictured doting on Michael’s five-year-old daughter Kelsey Lee last week at a family-friendly yacht party.

They were also joined by her son, Justice, 13, from her previous relationship with fashion designer Dan Single. 

Michael co-parents Kelsey Lee with his ex-wife, Kyly Clarke, 39.

They announced their separation last year, but remain on good terms.

Pip and Michael went Instagram public in July during a blended family getaway in Noosa.
