Lucy Hale fuels body and mind as she leaves a workout carrying a jug of water

She takes care of herself from the inside out.

And Lucy Hale kept her body and mind in check as she hit the gym on Monday.

The actress, 31, was spotted leaving a Los Angeles gym carrying a giant jug of water and a ‘Self Love’ sweatshirt.

The Pretty Little Liars actress strolled confidently through the parking lot in her leopard print slides and hair pulled back into a neat little bun.

She protected her vision behind a trendy pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses, while an array of silver hoop earrings added extra glamour to her otherwise laid-back look.

On top of her hydrating jug of water, Lucy enjoyed a caffeine kick with a small cup of coffee.

The actress balanced the coffee with her personalized ‘LH’ cell phone case.

The remainder of her belongings were contained within a small bag worn over her shoulder.

Despite the pandemic, Lucy has remained active both physically and with her career.

The actress kicked off 2021 cohosting Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in Times Square with Billy Porter and 16-time host Ryan Seacrest.

She took to Instagram after the televised festivities, writing: ‘Got to close out 2020 surrounded by some great humans, in heels, sparkly masks , & in an empty Times Square. We celebrated frontline workers, nurses, doctors, teachers, police officers who were the real MVPs of the year.

‘Stood in awe of JLo and chugged atleast 5 La Colombe Oat draft lattes. Started 2021 surrounded by McNuggets & fries. Thank you to all who made it safely possible for us to come back this year ! Happy freakin new year everyone.’

Lucy also has numerous films in the pipeline, including the upcoming dramedy Big Gold Brick starring Megan Fox and Oscar Isaac.
