I’m a Celebrity: Grant Denyer reveals he rejected a date with Pamela Anderson

Grant Denyer claims he once turned down a date with Pamela Anderson when she came to Australia – as he tells his I’m a Celebrity campmates he ‘regrets it to this day’

Grant Denyer has spilled quite a few tidbits about his personal life since entering the I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! jungle.

But the most surprising revelation is set to air on Tuesday’s episode when Grant, 43, claims he was once asked out by Pamela Anderson – and ended up rejecting her.

The funnyman, 43, told his fellow campmates during a game of ‘truth or lie’ that he regretted turning down the Baywatch star ‘to this day’.

Quite the story: Grant Denyer will reveal on Tuesday’s episode of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! that he was once asked out Pamela Anderson and turned her down

‘Pamela Anderson wanted to date me,’ he said. ‘She was out doing a promotional tour for M&M’s. I was nervous as hell, really shy… very turned on.’

Grant added: ‘She was like, “You’re cute, do you want to come to a party with me?”‘

Pamela, 53, had flown Down Under in 2006 to promote the popular chocolate brand. During the trip, she tested the green M&M to see if it had an aphrodisiac effect.

Grant apparently had to say no to the busty model’s offer because he already had a flight booked from Melbourne to Sydney.

His jungle campmates thought his tale was a lie, but Grant stuck by his story.

‘Not a notch on my belt, but it’s a scar on my memory!’ he laughed.

He later said in the jungle hut: ‘No one believed that this honey pot here could lure in a bee like Pamela Anderson!’
