Lara Bingle shares a stunning photo of an Australian beach after returning home to Sydney

She may be locked up in hotel quarantine, but Lara Worthington (née Bingle) is already dreaming of better days.

The 33-year-old model shared a photo of the beach on Instagram on Monday, shortly after returning home to Australia.

Although she didn’t caption the post, Lara tagged the location as ‘Sydney, Australia’, after being whisked into mandatory hotel quarantine. 

Last year, it was reported that Lara planned to move back to Australia with her husband-of-seven-years, actor Sam Worthington, and family.  

In the long-distance image, Lara appears to be joined by her children in the ocean. 

Fans were quick to comment on the post, with one writing: ‘Welcome home!’ while another added, ‘Back in God’s country. Welcome home lovely’.  

Lara and Sam have been based in the US with their family for years. 

According to Who magazine last year, the couple decided to relocate back to their native Australia for an ‘extended stay.’

The publication reported that the pair will be temporarily moving Down Under while Sam performs in the Sydney Theatre Company’s production, Appropriate.

The production will take place in March, and along with Sam’s Avatar commitments in New Zealand, ‘a more permanent move Down Under doesn’t seem totally off the cards just yet’.   

Sam and Lara share sons Rocket, four, Racer, three, and welcomed their most recent addition, a baby boy, whose name is yet to be revealed, in 2019. 

In an interview with Marie Claire, the doting mum said that she thinks her body was ‘meant to have kids’ and she would ‘happily’ have more in the future.
