Sigourney Weaver heads out on a dog walk with her daughter Charlotte on a sunny afternoon in Los Angeles
Sigourney Weaver took advantage of the unseasonably warm weather in Los Angeles on Thursday by taking her beloved dog for a walk.
The 71-year-old actress was joined by her 30-year-old daughter Charlotte Simpson as they took their mini greyhound out.
The Alien star and her daughter both stayed safe and masked up, as it was reported that 1 in 3 Los Angeles residents have been infected with COVID-19.

Weaver stepped out wearing a red and white plaid long-sleeved shirt, with a red sweater tied around her waist.
She was also wearing a grey hat with brown sunglasses and a blue floral print face mask covering her mouth and nose.
The Avatar star completed her look with a pair of dark blue leggings and flip flops for her dog-walk outing.

She was joined by her daughter Charlotte, who kept it casual with a plain white short-sleeved t-shirt.
She carried a blue tote bag from the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam over her shoulder, while wearing a light blue face masks over her mouth and nose.
Charlotte completed her look with black pants and brown sandals as she continued her stroll, holding the dog’s leash.

Charlotte is the only child of Weaver and her husband, stage director Jim Simpson, who have been married since 1984.
The actress will next be seen on the big screen as Dana Barrett this summer in Ghostbusters: Afterlife, hitting theaters June 11.
Her co-star Ernie Hudson recently opened up about seeing all of his original co-stars back on set together, and how emotional it made him.

‘I look back and I don’t realize how much of an impact that movie had on my life, on my career, on my everything, my world,’ Hudson said.
‘So, just to go back on the set and see the guys in their jumpsuits it was almost spiritual. I mean, I actually got emotional,’ he added.
‘It was the weirdest feeling to see Sigourney and Annie and to see the new cast, and to see Jason all grown up and directing. It was just … honestly, I got emotional,’ Hudson continued.
